The staff were genuinely helpful and caring, especially the receptionists. The hotel is centrally located.- The breakfasts were fresh and rich.

This place is in a peaceful area with the added bonus of free parking available. Plus, you have easy access to a nearby restaurant and other amenities.

The location of the property was marvellous and stunning as we were close to the restaurant, and Grantham.

The property was beautifully designed and luxurious with decent staff. I got spotless and immaculate room with rather than sumptious, a king bed, cupboard as advertised. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Orangery.

All the facilities were clean good.

This place is clean and spacious, has a friendly staff, and is in a great location near Downton. The room is cozy with a comfy bed and nice views to help you relax. It's awesome that there's an iron and a couch in the room. 🛋️

We stayed in a suite which was lovely.very big and great views over the golf course.The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Staff need training on hotel safety when fire alarms go off no one seems to be in control, everyone sat in the dining area even though the alarms were going, no one instructed us to leave for about five minutes then there didn't seem to be any urgency to get people to move ok it was a false alarm but no one new for sure. Maybe more training is needed in this area.

This place was absolutely gorgeous and met all our needs perfectly, with top-notch staff and efficient service, and the breakfast options were diverse and outstanding.

I stayed for the night because I work for a company who held a Christmas party there. Service was good. Nice welcome. Nice location. Friendly and efficient staff. I had a great evening.

The hotel has very friendly staff. The location is perfect, right by bars and restaurants.- Belton House nearby has a great adventure playground for children.- The Recruiting Sergeant pub in the nearby village is a nice spot.

Meals and drinks werequite expensive

We had problems with people in adjoining room making a noise until the early hours but the reception staff gave us a complimentary upgrade and were very sympathetic. The rooms were very good and well equipped.
